Sit-down dinner served family style:
First course:
  • Roasted beet, figs, almonds, goat cheese, blueberry balsamic
  • Caesar salad

Second course:
  • Roasted Brussel sprouts, parmesan, cider vinaigrette
  • Ricotta dumplings, sweet potato, butternut squash, sage, brown butter

Third course:
  • Apple cider brined pork loin
  • Fried chicken
  • Mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, gravy (sides)

Dessert:
  • Salted caramel apple bread pudding
